Why is this day being created? The Talent Transformation Guild, a not-for-profit organization, dedicates its time to helping organizations and individuals prepare for the new world of work. COVID-19 has accelerated this revolution as we search for new ways of working. First recognized by the World Economic Forum (WEF), this ‘new world of work’ represents a huge shift in society that needs to be formally recognized. It will help individuals understand the importance of seeking new skills and capabilities.
