What is this day? National Truckers Appreciation Day is a day to show appreciation for those that delivered the food on your table, the clothes on your back and everything else you use or consume.
Currently there are 3.5 million truckers on the road in the USA. Many times they go unnoticed and unappreciated even though they make huge sacrifices to keep this country moving. They literally put their lives on the line everyday. Many of them are are away from their families for days, weeks and even months at a time. There’s a rich, deep history of trucking in the US. The brotherhood derived from it is as strong as any fraternal order in the world. There’s no better day than 10/4 to show them our appreciation!
