Why was National Smash Burger Day created? We wanted a special designated day to celebrate local food trucks and spread knowledge about smash burgers, what they are, and what makes them different. It will be at a local brewery and with local food trucks. brought to you by Smash Brothers food truck! This holiday originated in Orlando, FL and we are hoping to spread it nationwide!
