What is National Repair Done Right Month?
This is a national month to recognize repair professionals serving consumers who seek trusted repair providers for mobile devices, consumer electronics, appliances, and many other product categories. This national month is raise awareness of the many independent and national locations consumers can seek locally to confidently keep their devices connected and in working order.
Why is this month being celebrated or observed?
This month is to raise awareness for consumers who may not know where to seek knowledgeable and trusted professionals when they need it most: when their device is broken. The goal is to educate consumers on where to seek retail locations that have been industry-recognized via industry certifications and/or various OEM authorizations. We aim to gain trust with consumers that they have choices when it comes to device repair. This month-long celebration gives industry-certified retailers and others in device repair retail and other supply chains an opportunity to rally around serving their customers with integrity.
How should this month be celebrated or observed?
We will plan a month-long national consumer campaign across social media platforms to drive consumers to trusted independent and national retailers for their device repair needs. We plan to advance public relations efforts, particularly at a local level across the country to help keep consumers’ devices in working order utilizing trusted and trained repair professionals.

Multiple industry associations support establishing this promotional month to celebrate the safe and secure repair of connected devices. “National Repair Done Right Month” is equally open to any trade association, manufacturer, or repair service provider representing any product category or association that wishes to promote trusted repair services for consumers. This promotional month will focus on consumer outreach to help make consumers aware of where to seek repairs for mobile devices at locations nationwide that are industry-recognized with trained and vetted repair professionals. As we depend on electronic devices to improve our lives, more than ever, we need repair done right by trained, educated, and trusted repair professionals!
