What is National Property Manager’s Day?
This is a Day to recognize multifamily Property Managers genuinely committed to taking care of the residents in their community and delivering results for the residential property owner (property management companies). Property Managers have an expanding set of job tasks and often are asked to learn new technology to stay on top of the changing residents needs brought on by the pandemic. They need to be effective at every stage of the resident lifecycle and often wear several hats.

To shine a light on the important work that Multifamily Property Managers do everyday in their communities and the challenges they face.
How should this day be observed?
Encourage both residents living in communities and those in the regional/corporate offices to thank the Property Manager who are the front line at a residential multifamily community.
