According to a recent survey, American’s favorite way to eat Idaho® potatoes is mashed. In fact, it’s estimated that more potatoes are consumed on Thanksgiving Day than any other day of the year. Therefore, every fourth Thursday in November is declared as National Mashed Idaho® Potato Day.
