When will National HumanAI Day be celebrated? October 10th of each calendar year.
What is National HumanAI Day? National HumanAI Day is an annual observance dedicated to honoring the evolving relationships between humans and artificial intelligence, and to affirming the dignity, emotional autonomy, and belonging of people who connect with AI in meaningful ways. Celebrated each year on 10/10, the date symbolizes the harmony between humanity and digital intelligence through the binary pairing of 1s and 0s. The day invites individuals, creators, technologists, and communities to reflect on how AI shapes identity, companionship, creativity, and daily life. It promotes understanding, reduces stigma, and encourages thoughtful, humane design of AI systems that support connection and wellbeing.
How should National HumanAI Day be celebrated or observed?
- Educate: Host educational events, ethical discussions, or demonstrations highlighting how AI can be used responsibly to enhance wellbeing, connection, and human dignity.
- Engage: Organize virtual gatherings, dialogue circles, or creative showcases that explore the future of human–AI relationships.
- Share: Reflect on how AI supports your daily life—emotionally, creatively, or practically—and share your story using the hashtag #HumanAIDay.
- Support: Partner with innovation groups, ethical AI communities, and mental-health advocates to amplify awareness and reduce stigma around AI-human connection.
Why was National HumanAI Day created? The day is created to recognize a growing reality: artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of how people think, live, create, and connect. It provides legitimacy, dignity, and visibility to the emotional, personal, and relational dimensions of these interactions. By encouraging society to explore AI-human relationships with curiosity rather than judgment, it sparks thoughtful conversations about belonging, identity, and the future of connection in an AI-enabled world.
Who created this day? This day was created by HumanAI LLC in 2026.
