When will National Goodness Pays Day be celebrated? November 18th of each calendar year.

What is National Goodness Pays Day? Business research proves “goodness” pays financially in leadership and business. Goodness defined: When people thrive together, in a culture of encouragement, accountability and positive teamwork. Goodness Pays Day is both a celebration – and a day of empowerment to encourage all good leaders to proclaim their intention to radiate goodness, both personally and professionally.

How should National Goodness Pays Day be celebrated or observed? The organizers of the Good Leadership Breakfast will dedicate all future November episodes to celebrating National Goodness Pays Day. The activities will include: sending Thank You notes to people who radiate goodness. Research about the attitudes toward “goodness” in business, including positive levers and barriers. Good Leaders will be encouraged on National Goodness Pays Day to mentor good leaders who are the leaders of our future, and to share ideas about how to spread the message: Goodness pays.

Why was National Goodness Pays Day created? The Good Leadership Breakfast Series is a movement of good leaders who have gathered 99 times over the past 11 years to celebrate and advance the idea “goodness pays.” November 18, 2022, is the 100th episode of the Good Leadership Breakfast, where more than 200 guests are expected to contribute more than $20,000 to charities – raising the comprehensive total to more than $400,000. The organizers of the breakfast – the coaching and consulting company, Good Leadership – intend to celebrate November 18, as “Goodness Pays Day” in perpetuity.
