When will National Bulldog Day be celebrated? June 9th of each calendar year.
What is National Bulldog Day? Every year we hold a fundraiser to celebrate the UK’s national breed in aid of the breed’s Rescue and Rehoming Charities. We would like this day recognised as a National Day so we can make the event larger and bigger and more recognised by members of the general public and bulldog owners across the world so we can expand our fund raising activities around this day. It would be amazing to be able to promote this fundraiser as National Bulldog Day.
How should National Bulldog Day be celebrated or observed? Fundraising events and social media events.
Why was National Bulldog Day created? To celebrate the Bulldog as a breed and for owners across the UK to be able to come together. It will be used to not only fundraise but to educate owners and would be owners about the Bulldog and why this breed is so special. We hope to create a celebration for all Bulldog owners so they can come together.
Who created this day? This day was created by Bulldog Rescue and Rehoming Trust in 2024.
