When is National Aunts and Uncles Day? July 26th bring us to National Aunt’s and Uncle’s Day

What is National Aunts and Uncles Day? Through all the holidays, summer vacations, family get-togethers, Aunts and Uncles become more than familiar faces, they become irreplaceable relationships. Throughout our childhood, the gifts under the Christmas tree, the memories, the hard times and the special, Aunts and Uncles are there for it all. Often their children were our best friends, sometimes our aunts and uncles were our babysitters, at other times they were the people we went to for help and advice when we couldn’t go to our parents. There’s a lot to be thankful for when it comes to aunts and uncles and today is the day to remember and act on that thankfulness!

How to celebrate National Aunts and Uncles Day: Sending a card or some flowers is always a good gesture. But if you want to go beyond that then give them a visit! Time can take us away from the relatives we grew up with so consider a summer visit to spend some valuable time reminiscing about the good old days. Going through old family albums and sharing your favorite stories is a great way to celebrate aunts and uncles!
