When is National App Day?
December 11th is National App Day.
What is National App Day?
We know where we would be without our apps. We’d be back in 1994, admiring those newfangled flip phones. Mobile devices have come a long way since then. National App Day celebrates the influence that software applications have on our culture’s ability to innovate.
Most apps are never purchased. They just sit on the shelf in the app store until they get deleted. And that’s incredible, because in 2016 alone there were 90 billion downloads. App developers churn out useful and creative work every day. It’s the best that rise to the top though.
So get over to some app store or another, and check out what’s available on National App Day.
