What is Day of Universal Consciousness? Our mission is to awaken humanity and elevate the vibrational frequency of our planet through the principles of consciousness, connectedness, and mindfulness. On this special day, people from all around the globe will come together virtually and engage in series of virtual practices that promote peace, love, and joy.
Practices include:
- Breathwork
- Meditation
- Prayer
- Journaling
- Yoga
- Dancing
- Singing
- Being in nature
- Mindful play for children and adults
How should Day of Universal Consciousness be celebrated or observed? Participate in community mindfulness practices (Breathwork, Meditation, Prayer, Journaling, Yoga, Dancing, Singing, Mindful play for adults and children) organized by The Global Collective or on your own.
Here are some tips on how to engage your mindfulness practices:
- Dream and Envision: Take time to dream, envision, and re-imagine the world you want to see. Set intentions to experience and achieve this new world.
- Connect with Oneness: Reflect on your connection with consciousness, humanity, nature, and the cosmos. Embrace the essence of interconnectedness among all beings.
- Transform Challenges into Vision: Recognize the unwanted experiences in the world and let them inspire a vision for what we wish to create.
- Mindfulness Practice: Engage with us in a mindfulness practice for 1 minute, 11 minutes, or 111 minutes. Choose any amount of time that works for you! Practice Ideas: Breathwork, Meditation, Prayer, Journaling, Yoga, Dancing, Singing, Mindful play for adults and children.
- Be Present and Enjoy: Take this time to be fully present and enjoy the experience.
