When is Conservatorship and Guardianship Abuse Awareness Day? This day will take place on February 1 of each calendar year.

What is Conservatorship and Guardianship Abuse Awareness Day? Conservatorship and Guardianship Abuse have become a national crisis. Many people and public personalities are routinely traumatized, exploited and abused by this legal action that may be infringing upon their constitutional rights. This day is meant to raise awareness of the fact that while sometimes conservatorship is valid, other times it is used to control the livelihood of another person.

Why is this day being created? This day is being created to raise awareness that our nation’s court system needs to investigate this type of abuse.

How should this day be observed? Social media and journalists need to be made aware of this injustice, and it should be reported in the media as a part of the fight for social justice. Politicians and other public figures should be held accountable for any abusive practices they perform.
