What is World Developer Month?

We often take it for granted how simple it is to stay in touch with our loved ones or to shop online or even to read this article on our mobile device. Our access to all of these conveniences and benefits really depends on a lot of work done by developers. Every business has the need to deliver impactful customer experiences and the need has never been greater as COVID-19 leads the way in accelerating digital adoption across multiple sectors. The unsung heroes keeping our digital infrastructure afloat are developers.
Why is this month being created?
The roles and responsibilities of developers continue to vary. Developers are not only the architects and visionaries of digital transformation but also have an end-to-end line of sight into the processes that govern the manufacture of digital solutions. World Developer Month is being created to celebrate the achievements of developers who are the backbone of every tech organization.
