National Living Donor Day is celebrated on April 11 and honors the brave people who stepped forward to donate a living organs and tissue to help heal those in need. National Donor Day encourages people to donate organs after they pass away while National Living Donor Day encourages people to donate while they are alive, such as one kidney.
